At IOWORKS we start every engagement with an assessment of our client's needs. Some needs are simple, such as the purchasing of a new home PC or the removal of viruses and spyware. Others are more complex, such as the need to expand the network infrastructure of a growing business. By asking the right questions we can ensure that our clients are presented with solutions that make sense.

Implementation - the dirty work
Implementation is quite simply the enactment of a plan or strategy that occurs after a proper assessment. With regards to IOWORKS and our clients, this could range anywhere from a simple installation of a new family PC in the home to a more complex installation of a company-wide thin-client infrastructure.

At IOWORKS learning is infused into everything we do. From a simple explanation of our implementation or repair procedures to full classroom-style learning sessions, we believe in educating our clients so that they can more effectively utilize their technology investments.
